Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Curapet website and the purchase of products from Curapet. By browsing the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Subscription Policy.
1. Who we are
The seller is Curapet, 6 Rue du Sentier du Lac, France, email hello@getcurapet.com. The contract of sale is concluded with us when we accept your order (order confirmation email).
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to order. You confirm that the information you give at checkout is accurate.
3. Products
CURAPET is a dog-appeasing pheromone wall diffuser kit for animal use only. It is not a veterinary medicine, not for human use, and not a substitute for veterinary care. Results vary. Always ask your veterinarian before changing a treatment or routine. Product images are illustrative; small differences in colour or packaging can occur.
4. Prices and currency
Prices are shown in the currency of your market (euro for customers billed in EUR, US dollar for customers billed in USD). For deliveries in the European Union, displayed prices include applicable VAT. Shipping is free on eligible orders under our Shipping Policy. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error and will refund you if a charge already occurred.
5. Orders and payment
You choose a pack (1, 2, or 3 rooms) and either a one-time purchase or a subscription. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify (card, Shop Pay, and any other methods enabled on the store). We do not store full card numbers. Ownership of goods transfers to you when we receive payment; risk transfers on delivery.
6. Subscriptions
If you choose Subscribe, you authorise recurring charges and shipments every 60 days until you pause or cancel. Full rules are in the Subscription Policy.
7. Delivery
See the Shipping Policy. We currently offer free standard shipping to France, the EU, and listed international destinations including the United States.
8. Withdrawal, returns, and guarantee
EU/EEA consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. In addition, we offer a contractual 30-day money-back guarantee. Details are in the Refund Policy.
9. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site (scraping, fraud, attacking checkout, reselling without authorisation, or posting unlawful content). We may suspend an account that violates these Terms.
10. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, or issues caused by your veterinarian’s advice, misuse of the product, or events outside our reasonable control. For consumers in the EU, your mandatory statutory rights remain intact.
11. Privacy
We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. If you are a consumer living in the EU, you also keep the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence. Courts of France have jurisdiction, without prejudice to a consumer’s right to sue in their country of residence.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version in force is the one published on this page on the day you order. Material changes to an existing subscription will be emailed to you in advance.
