Terms of Sale

These terms of sale apply to every distance contract concluded on www.getcurapet.com between Curapet (6 Rue du Sentier du Lac, France) and you, the customer.
- The essential characteristics of each kit are described on the product / offer page (number of diffusers and refills, subscribe or one-time).
- The total price, taxes, and shipping (currently free) are shown before you pay.
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it by sending an order confirmation. We may refuse an order (stock, fraud, shipping restriction) and will not charge you, or we will refund you.
- Delivery is made to the address you enter at checkout. Typical transit is 6–10 business days after dispatch, unless a carrier delay occurs.
- EU consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right. We also grant a 30-day money-back guarantee. See the Refund Policy.
- Subscriptions renew every 60 days until cancelled. See the Subscription Policy.
- The language of the contract is English. A copy of your order is available in your customer account and in the confirmation email.
- French law applies, without depriving EU consumers of their local mandatory rights.
