Subscription Policy

This policy explains how CURAPET Subscribe & Save works. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. What you buy

A subscription is a recurring contract: we ship the kit you selected and charge the then-current subscription price every 60 days until you pause or cancel. The first charge happens at checkout. Later charges happen when the next order is generated, shortly before each shipment.

2. Price

Subscription prices are the Subscribe prices shown on the offer (lower than the one-time price). Amounts are billed in your checkout currency (EUR or USD). If a price changes, we email you before the next charge. You may cancel before that date at no extra cost.

3. How to pause or cancel

You may pause or cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee:

• from your customer account on this store, or
• by emailing hello@getcurapet.com with your order number.

Cancellation takes effect before the next unpaid renewal. If a renewal already shipped, that order is billed and can be returned under the Refund Policy.

4. Managing the subscription

Shopify processes the recurring payment with the payment method you used (for example a card or Shop Pay). Keep that method valid. A failed charge may be retried; if it keeps failing we may skip a shipment or cancel the subscription and notify you.

5. Cooling-off and refunds

EU consumers keep the 14-day withdrawal right on each shipment of goods. Our 30-day money-back guarantee also applies to subscription shipments. Withdrawing from or refunding one shipment does not always cancel future renewals — tell us if you also want the subscription stopped.

6. Pre-ticked boxes

Subscribe is offered as a clear, separate choice next to One-time Purchase. You are not subscribed unless you select Subscribe and complete checkout with that option.
