Refund Policy

We want you to try CURAPET with confidence. This policy explains your statutory rights and our extra 30-day guarantee.
1. EU / EEA / UK statutory withdrawal (14 days)
If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, or UK, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason (Directive 2011/83/EU and implementing national law). To meet the deadline, send a clear statement (email is enough) before the 14 days expire to hello@getcurapet.com. You may use the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this page.
You must then send the unused or reasonably used goods back without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of telling us you withdraw. You pay the direct cost of return unless we agree otherwise. We refund the price paid, including standard outbound shipping, within 14 days of the earlier of (a) receiving the goods back or (b) you providing evidence of shipment. We use the same payment method you used.
You may be charged for diminished value if the product was handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and functioning (for example, empty refill bottles or a clearly damaged diffuser).
2. Our 30-day money-back guarantee
On top of the statutory right, Curapet offers a 30-day money-back guarantee from the delivery date: if the diffuser does not ease your dog’s stress or the problem behaviour you bought it for, email us for a full refund of the product price. No restocking fee. You still return the kit so we can close the file. This guarantee does not replace veterinary care and does not apply to kits damaged by misuse.
3. Subscriptions
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund a kit already shipped. That shipment can still be returned under the 14-day or 30-day rules above. See the Subscription Policy.
4. Defective or wrong item
If the item arrives damaged, incomplete, or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace it or refund you, including return postage we approve. EU legal conformity warranty (minimum 2 years from delivery) applies in addition to this policy.
5. How to start a return
Email hello@getcurapet.com with your order number, name, and whether you want a refund or replacement. We will send the return address and instructions. Do not send parcels without that confirmation.
6. Refund timing
Once we receive and check the return, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank or card networks can take several extra days to show the credit.
